William Francis Moore, 77, of Newcomb Rd., passed away Friday morning, September 5, 2025 at Elderwood at North Creek.

Born on February 15, 1948 in Kearney, NJ, he was the son of the late William Anthony and Loretta Mary (Kammerlohr) Moore.

He was a teacher for many years in the Jersey City School System, Jersey City, NJ. 

He was predeceased by his parents; his wife, Jane Moore; a sister, Eileen Ann Moore; a brother, George Timothy Moore.

Survivors include one son, Brian Thomas Moore; siblings: Mary Russomano, Linda Catherine Moore, Daniel Anthony Moore, Michael Patrick Moore, Patrick Joseph Moore, Joseph Martin Moore; several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call Tuesday, September 9, 2025 from 12 noon to 1 p.m. at St. Henry’s Church, Long Lake.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1 pm., immediately following the visitation.

Burial will be in Long Lake Cemetery.
