Corinth

Timothy R. Winslow, of Walnut St passed away Friday, January 24, 2025, at his home due to complications of diabetes.

Born on April 23, 1964, in Glens Falls, he was the son of Kenneth C. Winslow, Sr. and the late Hilda M. Winslow.  He attended Corinth Central School.

Tim loved spending time with family and friends especially his children and grandchildren.  He enjoyed camping with his kids and just enjoying every moment with them.  He had an incredible sense of humor and loved to joke around.  He was always there to lend a hand to anyone.

Tim loved everything cars.  The souped-up sports cars to the old classics owning a few of his own.  Tim’s favorite “self” pastime was shooting pool with his brother Brad and spending time with his “wifey” Terry.  Back in the day, you would always find him and his best friend Guff, up to no good.

Tim was predeceased by his mother, Hilda M. Winslow and both maternal and paternal grandparents, also his sister-in-law, Mary E. Winslow.  He lost his best friend, Jeffery “Guff” Berg, at a very young age.

Tim is survived by his children, Timothy Raymond Winslow II, Rayna Louise Winslow; his stepdaughter, Falecia Louise Hogan and three grandchildren, Brycen Kimball, Oliver Kimball and Kolton Martin.  He is also survived by his father, Kenneth C. Winslow, Sr. (Dorothy) of Corinth; Siblings: Kenneth C. Winslow, Jr. (Penny) of Corinth, Bradley Winslow (Joanne) of Glens Falls, William Winslow (Shelly) of Day, Tammy O’Neal (David) of Lake Luzerne, Annette Straight (Dominick) of Corinth; his fiancé, Terry Hack of Glens Falls; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Tim was full of love and kindness towards everyone.  He loved to people watch, coffee time, his scratch offs and visiting with his friends at Stewart’s.  More than anything, he loved being a dad.  He was kind, humble, and generous, doing whatever he could.

He worked for NYRA for many years and then continued his employment at Maplewood Manor in Ballston Spa for over 20 years until his retirement.  He took pride in everything he did, but the most pride ever shown was when he became a dad.  You are forever in our hearts brother, son, dad…until we meet again.

To honor Tim’s wishes, there will be no services.  A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. 

In lieu of flowers a donation to the American Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
