Terry W. Bovee, 76, of Hadley passed away Monday, April 5,2021 at his home surrounded by his loving family. 

    Born on May,1 1944 in Corinth, he was the son of late Claude and Julia (Gilbert) Bovee. 

   He married the love of his life Roberta (Barrett) Bovee on August 8, 1964 and lived Happily with her until her passing in 2012 after nearly 48 years of marriage. 

    Terry attended Hadley- Luzerne school and worked most of his life as a log truck driver until June 2020. 

    He enjoyed restoring classic cars, NASCAR, horseshoes and camping. He loved spending time with family, especially his great grandchildren and his beloved dog “Chico “. He looked forward to his morning coffee Stewart’s runs with his brother, Jim. 

    Besides his parents, Terry was predeceased by his loving wife Roberta, a daughter, Kimberly Ann and siblings; Ronald Bovee Sr, William Bovee, Sandra Gorton, Patricia Finnegan, Judith Barrett, and John Bovee Sr. 

     Survivors include his daughter Melinda (Eric) Nitsche of Athol. Grandchildren: Amanda Sloma, Nicholas Sloma (Craig), Emily Sloma (Chris), Gwendolyn Rowland (Brandon), Daniel Rowland Jr (Ashley), Katlyn Petteys. Great-Grandchildren Bryson and Abel Burney, Charlotte Van Zandt, Brynnleigh Bogle. A brother, James (Dawn) of Lake Luzerne. Many nieces, nephews and friends that he loved. 

      Friends May Call Friday, April 9th from 5pm - 8pm at Brewer Funeral Home Inc., 24 Church St, Lake Luzerne. Face Coverings must be worn inside the funeral home and NYS capacity limits will be enforced.

Graveside services will be in Luzerne Cemetery at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 10.
