Corinth
Terrence W. Fisk, Sr., 68, of Oak St., passed away Sunday morning, June 10, 2018 at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Born on February 7, 1950 in Glens Falls, he was the son of the late Harley L. Fisk and Shirley I. (Fuller) Fisk. He was a 1968 graduate of Hadley Luzerne Central School. Following graduation, Terrence enlisted in the United States Army. He proudly served in Vietnam earning the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal with 4 Bronze Service Stars, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry with Palm, Army Commendation Medal, Good Conduct Medal Clasp and Three Bronze Loops. While in the service, he completed the Heating and Cooling Specialist Course and the Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Course. Upon his retirement from the Army, Terrance began a second career at Hadley Luzerne Central School. His duties included custodian, groundskeeper, bus driver and director of transportation. He retired from the school in 2010.
He married Holly Dunn on October 15, 1980 in Killeen, TX.
Terrence enjoyed hunting, fishing, bird watching, working on cars, bonfires, playing pool and horseshoes. He was an avid NY Giants and NY Yankees fan.
Survivors include his loving wife of 38 years, Holly Fisk; four sons: Terrence W. (Vickie) Fisk II of Lake Luzerne, Allen J. Fisk of Corinth, Brian C. (Kayla L.) Fisk of Lake Luzerne, Steve (Sarabeth) Mason of South Glens Falls; four granddaughters, Athena, Angelina, Kimberly and Everliegh; a brother: Robert Fisk of South Glens Falls; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may call Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Brewer Funeral Home, Inc., 24 Church St., Lake Luzerne.
There are no funeral services scheduled.
Committal with Military Honors will be held 2:30 p.m. Thursday, June 21, 2018 at Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuyville.
