Sandra J. Penn, 76, of Golf Course Parkway, passed away Sunday morning, February 8, 2026, at Saratoga Hospital.

Born on January 27, 1950, in Schenectady, she was the daughter of the late John W. and Edith A. (Paquin) Osterhoudt.  She was a graduate of Shenendehowa High School.

Sandra worked as a legal secretary for the law firm of Ainsworth, Sullivan, Tracy, and Knauf in Albany for over thirty years.

She married Bennett “Rick” Penn on October 27, 1984, in Round Lake.  Rick passed away on April 5, 2014, following nearly thirty years of marriage.

Sandra was an avid NY Giants fan, she enjoyed crafts, going to the beach and traveling.  Above all, she cherished the time she spent with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is predeceased by her parents; her husband and a brother, Stephen Osterhoudt.

Survivors include her children: Michelle (Thomas) Jeffalone of Hadley, David (Kimberly) Daigneault of Clayton, NC; grandchildren: Shaun (Audreanna) Welden, Jordyn (Josh) Hunt, Brian Buckmiller, Joshua (Kristen) Daigneault, David (Morgan) Daigneault, Dale (Sierra) Daigneault; 15 great grandchildren; siblings: Nancy Osterhoudt of Springfield, MA, James (Debbie) Osterhoudt of Schenectady, Peter (Dawn) Osterhoudt of Canandaigua; several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call Saturday, February 21, 2026, from 12 noon to 2 p.m. at Brewer Funeral Home, Inc., 24 Church St., Lake Luzerne.
