Patricia Audrey Bourdeau, 89, a lifelong resident of Hadley, passed away Monday, March
9th, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.
Patricia was born on September 15th, 1936, of the late Gordon Brannon and Mildred
(Harpp) Brannon. She was a 1955 graduate of Hadley Luzerne Central School.
Patricia was an avid country music fan and met some of her favorite artists such as
Randy Travis, Bill Anderson, Alan Jackson, and others. She enjoyed reading the
newspaper, doing her word searches and loved her sweets, but above all else she loved
spending time with her family.
She was predeceased by her parents and two sons-in-law Frank Waite of Lake Luzerne
and Larry Waite of Caroga Lake.
Survivors include her children; Patti Waite of Lake Luzerne, Joseph (Tammy) Bourdeau of
Hadley, David (Sherrylee) Bourdeau of Hadley, Connie (Mike) Miles of Hadley, Judy
Waite of Caroga Lake, and Gary (Kimberlie) Bourdeau of Hadley; grandchildren; Davey
Bourdeau, Adam (Michelle) Bourdeau, Danielle (Billy) Gebo, William (Jennifer)
Warrington, Steven (Jennifer) Bourdeau, Joe Bourdeau, Amanda (Nick) Sumner, Jarred
Clothier, Ashleigh Bourdeau and Chelsea Bourdeau, as well as many great
grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Jean (Ken) Edgerly of Fort Edward.
A very special thanks to Sherrylee Bourdeau, her daughter-in-law, for the exceptional
care and love she gave to Pat for the past three years as well as her granddaughters
Ashleigh Bourdeau and Chelsea Bourdeau. The family would also like to thank Hospice
and her nurse Steve Millington for the care and comfort they provided for Patricia these
past nine months.
Per Patricia wishes no service will be held and her burial will be a private service for the
family at a later time.
