Frederick A. Hayes

Frederick A. Hayes, 59, formerly of Corinth, passed away suddenly on Friday, May 14, 2021 in Ocala, FL.

Born on April 16, 1962 in Glens Falls, he was the son of Beatrice (Duell) Everetts and the late Clyde A. Hayes, Sr..  Fred was a 1981 graduate of Corinth Central School.

He was employed as a Senior System Engineer for IBM in Poughkeepsie for over 20 years.

Fred married the love of his life, Sandra Kea on April 18, 2004 in Saratoga Springs.  They moved to Florida in 2008.

His enjoyments included fixing computers, visiting theme parks, flea markets, cars and museums.  In his younger years, he enjoyed helping his father in his masonry business and riding dirt bikes.

Fred was predeceased by his father, a brother, Clyde A. Hayes, Jr. and a sister, Jackie Hayes.

Survivors include his loving wife of 17 years, Sandra Hayes; his mother, Beatrice Everetts of Burlington, NC; a daughter, Hannah Hayes of Ocala, FL; step-daughter, Jessica Hanks of Pensacola, FL; siblings: Cathy Dake of Malta, Terry (Darryl) Tree of Greenfield Center, Cheryl (Gary) Whitney of Niskayuna, his twin brother, Edward (Brigitta) Hayes of LaGrange, Kevin Hayes of Corinth, David Hayes , Donald Hayes both of Saratoga Springs; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends may call Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Brewer Funeral Home, Inc., 24 Church St., Lake Luzerne.

Funeral services will immediately follow the visitation at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Luzerne Cemetery, Lake Luzerne.
