Lake Luzerne
Ellen M. Graulich, 69, of Sylvan Rd., passed away peacefully, Friday morning, June 12, 2026, at her home.
Born on January 25, 1957, in Plainview, NY, she was the daughter of the late John and Lucille (Young) Ryff.
She married Mark Graulich on September 18, 1982, at the Church of the Holy Infancy, Lake Luzerne; Mark passed away on September 2, 2018.
Ellen worked as a teacher’s aide in the Hadley-Luzerne School District, in both the middle school and in the elementary school; she retired in 2018. She enjoyed camping, spending time with her family, and served as her son Adam's Boy Scout leader when he was young.
She was predeceased by her parents, her husband, and her sisters, Arlene Icolari and Joan Conigliano.
Survivors include her children: Nicole (Christopher) Teal of Princeton, NC, Adam (Lacy) Graulich of Lake Luzerne and Tyler (Shalon) Graulich of Lake Luzerne; step-daughter, Anna Medici; grandchildren: Parker, Naomi, Jordon, Darren, Michael, Allison; three great grandchildren: Piper, Hailey and Ginny; a brother, John (Susan) Ryff of Florida; step father, Bill Young; several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. at Brewer Funeral Home Inc., 24 Church St., Lake Luzerne.
Funeral services will be conducted 10am Thursday at the funeral home.
Burial will follow in Luzerne Cemetery, Lake Luzerne.
