Ed was one of the hardest working men that I have ever known. His joy was to be able to do a needed project and bring a smile and kind words to all around. His love of his Lord Jesus was shared through kindness and often pertinent words. He loved his family and the Family of God with a great, self-sacrificing love. Our region has lost one of its great godly statesmen to Heaven, and my heart goes out to all who knew Ed for comfort in sorrow and hope for seeing Ed in eternity.
