Edward G. Harris, 61, of Route 29, passed away Friday morning, November 14, 2025 at his home surrounded by family following a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.

Following graduation, Ed moved to California and remained there until 1994. Upon his return to Lake Luzerne, he began his career at Curtis Lumber in Ballston Spa where he was still working until his illness prevented it.
He enjoyed camping at Buttermilk Falls, woodworking, socializing with his friends and his dog Ricky.
Ed will be remembered as a stoic man, facing his illness with determination.
He was predeceased by his parents and an infant brother, Francis Harris.
Survivors include his siblings: Brenda Moses, Jennifer Bledsoe, Howard Harris, Terry Griffith, and Carol Ann Cook; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may call on Saturday, November 22, 2025 from 9:30 – 10 a.m. at Brewer Funeral Home, Inc., 24 Church St., Lake Luzerne.
A funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. by his sister, Terry Griffith.
Following the service, friends are invited to join the family at the Hadley V.F.W. Post 5836, 4109 Rockwell St., Hadley.
