Chris, Thank you for all that you done and share. Thank you for leaving record behind for us. May soul find rest in the Kingdom of God, The Lord Jesus Christ. May your memory eternal.

I met Chris after my oral argument for the Libertarian Party in Green party vs. NY Board of Elections, re: infringement of the voters' right to free association, insofar as the BOE's publishing a Voter's Registration form that unconstitutionally coerces a limitation of a voter's choice of political enrollment to a choice of 5 (or so) listed Political Entities or Parties, or to be alternately involuntarily relegated to having no Party enrollment at all. Said constraint unconstitutionally prohibited a voter's proclamation of party or independent body political affiliation.
We subsequently discussed and litigated similar unfairness.
We filed a suit against the many 2008 candidates for President of the US who were not natural-born citizens.
Chris Strunk litigated many more issues than I ever did.
I will miss our conversations.

I remember Chris taking me to the motorcycle races at Pocono Raceway many years ago. That same passion for motorcycles extended to other areas of his life and he would not shy away from the controversial and sometimes incomprehensible. His twinkling eyes and quizzical smile belied an intellect below the surface that he was not afraid to share. Chris, you will be missed.

Thank you so much for taking the time to express your kind thoughts of Christopher. We do appreciate it. I remember summer family gatherings at your house, husking corn specifically, for some reason and my father, Earl, making ice cream, a yummy favorite for all.
