I just learned of Charles passing. I was Manager for many years at Realty USA & remember the day I hired Charlie. What a sweet man, full of knowledge, his liw key manner, he was such a contribution. Sending heartfelt, belated sympathy to his family. RIP dear Charlie

Charles has been a part of my life for the past 14 years.I got to share and make alot of wonderful memories with him over the years. We've shared lots of conversations about sports particularly the Yankees-birds- never thought I'd be interested but leave it to him, I am a birder now! And politics luckily we were on the same team so no arguments there lol...I loved him as if he were my own father and feel so lucky to have been able to call
him my father-in-law... Rest in peace Dad (Charles)❤️

As the first born child of Charlie I’ve had the pleasure of spending 62 years with Charlie as my Dad and a lifetime of great memories, remembering the best times being in a boat on Shepard Lake as a kid and feeling the same way 50 years later on Lake Sacandaga
Dad was one of a kind and made me the person I am today Although he isn’t physically with me he will be apart of my everyday life in the decisions I make and the life I live
I will never stop loving him and he knows that wherever he is and we shall meet again
Love Wayne
