I am sorry for your loss--our loss.  I have always been so grateful that your parents were my Godparents.  I know they are still watching over us.  Even though her leaving is hard for all of you, I'm sure your father and brother are joyful to be reunited with her.  What a great lady.  Strength and peace to you in the days ahead.

So sorry to hear about the loss of your mom. Mrs. Aiken not only had a great sense of humor but was always witty. She definetly was a people person. I would call her Dr. Ruth. If I or someone else had a medical question, she either had an answer or would bring you an article that explained it. Everyone that came in contact with her enjoyed her, how could you not. Mrs. Aiken had such a positive impact on us all. Thank you for sharing your mom with us. She certainly will be missed. May God grant you comfort knowing her final destination.

Celine and Kathleen,
I'm so sorry your mom has left. Although her physical embrace will be missed, and her words, no longer audible, she will forever be in your memories and heart. Your dad and brother have her by their side till you meet her again. God bless......
