MaryAnn Pine

I met Mary Ann in her first year at Beaver College who was my roommate at Ivy Hall dormitory.  She was a delightful person as well as her parents and grandmother.  I loved her dearly. MaryAnn was truly a Proverbs 31 woman (Prov. 31:10-31). She set a wonderful example as daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. I loved her. We still have our Christmas stockings, and I have her nuts&bolts recipe!

Tim, Jim, and Susan-
I just learned of this today.  MaryAnn, and of course Stu, were one of a kind.  I can honestly say it was a pleasure to work for them, but to also have them as friends.  MaryAnn's wit, great conversation, and presence in the Indian Lake community will be missed.

my sincerest sympathies go to Tim, Susy, Jim and their families. MaryAnn's  friendly giving spirit will be with me forever. All three of my grandchildren wore the ski sweater she knit for Owen as will their children.. We always received a rousing welcome when we came to Indian Lake, (Helen especially), and heard about the kids and grandkids and what ever was going on.  Stu and MaryAnn were true examples of the elusive word "Friend".  It was a privilege to know them.
