Kurt J. Locke, 70, died peacefully March 16, 2019 at Elderwood, North Creek.
He was born on November 20, 1948 to the late Gerald E. and Laura (Amell) Locke. Kurt had served in the National Guard.
He taught fourth grade at Warrensburg Central School for a number of years. He later worked for the Town of Indian Lake for many years.
Kurt enjoyed the outdoors. He loved fishing, hunting, camping and hiking.
He is predeceased by his parents; two brothers: John E. Locke and Daniel P. Locke.
Survivors include two nephews; one greatnephew; many cousins.
Friends may call from 1-3 Saturday, May 18, 2019 at Miller Funeral Home, 6357 NYS Rte. 30, Indian Lake.
Prayers will be offered immediately following the visitation.
Burial will be in Cedar River Cemetery, Indian Lake.
