Joshua P. Sweenor, 37, passed away on Wednesday, February 27, 2019.  He is survived by his sons, Aaren and Austin; sisters: April Montgomery and Kimberly McKinney; Mother, Sandy Sweenor and his father, Paul Sweenor as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Joshua attended South Glens Falls High School and has worked at Finch Paper for 17 years.

Those who knew him know that Josh loved life, was a loyal friend but most of all, loved his family. He was the kind of dad everyone would want.  His time spent with his children was always quality.  He would not just take his kids sledding…he was the first down the hill, leading the way on 4 wheelers, throwing a ball or baiting a hook.  There is no one that personified what a father, son, brother, and friend should be but Josh.  He could never be replaced but will always be remembered.

The family will have a tribute to his life on Saturday, March 23, 2019 from 3-7 p.m. at the 1925 Barn, 89 County Rd. 41, Hudson Falls.  All relations and friends are welcome to join us celebrating his life.
