I will miss his smiling face whenever he picked up his mail at the post office. And of course I will miss seeing him at the store! My sincere sympathy to Rick, Lisa and the entire Frinton family.

To Chris, Rick, Rhonda, Jim and the rest of the family, Joe will be sorely missed. I always enjoyed talking to Joe and considered him a good friend. He was always willing to offer a helping hand when someone needed it. Our sincerest sympathies and remember to keep him in your hearts and memories.

Ever since I came up to Lake Luzerne in 83 it was always a pleasure to chat at the Mini mart with Joe.about the differences of him working in the Bronx NYPD and me from the Brooklyn Criminal Term of the Supreme Court. He said he inly had one arrest when assigned to Brooklyn for a short time but we never crossed paths there I will miss our lively conversations about the rivalry between "Da Bronx" & "Brooklyn" RIP old friend.
