It is with heavy hearts that we honor and say goodbye to Jailyn Tayvon Lewis, who was born and passed away on February 22, 2019 at Albany Medical Center.

He is survived by his parents: Jeffrey and Anna (Hayden) Lewis; maternal grandparents: Nicole and Kevin Hayden of Hadley; paternal grandparents: Countessa Lewis of Baltimore, MD and James Lewis of Raeford, NC; great grandparents: Frances and Paul VandenBergh, Joan and Thomas Hayden, James and Rosetta Lewis; his God mother and Aunt, Katie Hayden; God Father, Laklin Lewis; Aunts and Uncles: Emiko Hayden, James Lewis, Jr., Jay Roscoe, Joshua Lewis, Justin Fulton, Jeremy McNiel, Jarquez Page and Jasmine Southerland.

Friends and family are invited to gather at Sacred Heart Church, 50 Mohican St., Lake George on Monday, March 11, 2019 from 10 – 11 a.m.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday at 11 a.m., immediately following the visitation with Rev. Joseph Busch, pastor, presiding.

Burial will take place later in the spring at Luzerne Cemetery.
