Grace Petrone, 95, of North Shore Rd., passed away peacefully Monday morning, March 11, 2019 at the home of her brother, Jim.

Born on December 3, 1923 in Newark, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Vincent and Concetta (Rocco) Petrone.

Grace was employed at AT & T for over 39 years, beginning her career as an operator and working her way to a supervisory position.

Her enjoyments included reading, gardening, yard work, her dog, “Suzette”, and going to the casinos.

She was predeceased by her parents and three brothers, Joe, Frank and Angelo Petrone.

Survivors include her brother, James Petrone of Hadley and Louis Petrone of Middlesex, NJ; a sister, Helen (Jerry) Scardaville of Delaware; several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be conducted at 12 noon, Friday, March 15, 2019 at Hazelwood Cemetery, Rahway, NJ.
