	Dignity When your loved one enters our care, we promise to care for him or her as we would one of our own family members.  Michael and Patty will personally handle each and every detail of your loved one's care.
	Respect Our funeral home serves families of all backgrounds and faiths.
	Professionalism    Michael and Patty are committed to providing excellent service to you and your family. We also strive to be fully versed in the latest industry knowledge and developments through participation in continuing education. We strictly uphold the laws and ethics set forward by the various governing bodies of the funeral industry.
	Commitment Funeral arrangements often require many decisions, and we are committed to serving and guiding you through the process both before the funeral, through pre-arrangement and consultation; when services occur; and long after services, through ongoing aftercare and grief support. We know that the loss of a loved one is a lifelong change, and promise to make ourselves available to answer your questions and help fulfill your needs. Patty will contact life insurance companies and file necessary claim forms on your behalf.
	Fairness We believe that every family should have access to as much information as possible to make informed decisions. We are determined to provide each and every family the opportunity to create a unique, special memorial for their loved one while providing options that will fit each family's budget. We promise that our prices for services and merchandise will be fair and competitive, and will answer any questions you have.

How Can We Do It All?
We listen... carefully. We know that some of us find great comfort in traditions, and we work tirelessly to honor those traditions. Others find greater meaning in more personalized services--playing a favorite song, visiting an important place, re-creating a significant life event. Michael and Patty will get to know each and every family to help each and every individual remember, share, and ultimately move toward healing.  We work together, from the moment we are notified of a death, to personally handle each and every detail of the care of your loved one, through the conclusion of the funeral services, notifying Social Security, Veteran's forms and insurance claims.
