Barbara L. Richmond, 77, of West Maple St., passed away Sunday morning, February 18, 2024, at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Born on February 17, 1947, in Peekskill, NY she was the daughter of the late Donald Thomas Keefe and Louise Rita {Garrison) Keefe.  She married James Richmond on October 2, 1964.  Jim passed away on December 23, 2007.

Years ago, Barbara and her husband owned a plumbing and heating business in Corinth.

She enjoyed camping with her family and good friends throughout the years.  More recently, she enjoyed playing cards and doing puzzles with the ladies and gents at Adam Lawrence.  Above all else, she loved spending time with her family and was always ready to go on the next adventure.

Survivors include her daughters: Deborah (George) Dingmon, Patricia (Michael) Cole, Kathleen (James) Plumeau, Jessica )Kevin) Palmatier; grandchildren: Leeann(Dan) Hamm, Melissa (Jim) Sonia, Kari (Joe) Guilder, Jarrett (Kaitlyn) Dingmon, Justin Dumas, Tanner Baldwin, Katelyn Plumeau, Jason Plumeau, Olivia Palmatier, Loghan Palmatier and Chase Palmatier; great grandchildren: Kendal Hamm, Kellen Hamm, Jasmine Sonia, Dylan Sonia, Kaiden Gibson, Kaylie Gibson, Jayce Guilder, Elizabeth Dingmon; brother. James Keefe; brother-in-law, Galen (Christine) Richmond; many extended grandchildren: Derrick Rafferty, Jackson Sonia, Carter Sonia, Kaylee Gregoire, Scott Guilder, Isabella Martinez, Josh Bennett, Kathleen Williams, Lindsay Fortner, Hannah Fortner; nieces and nephews: Donald (Karen) Keefe, Jennifer Snyder, Rachel Richmond, James Richmond, and Galen Richmond.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m., Saturday, February 24, 2024, at the Knights of Columbus, 50 Pine St., Saratoga Springs.
